[NoVa-Corvairs] NVCC Website

When we do update it, I think we should include a prominent
link to our fb page: https://www.facebook.com/NVCCHOME and
encourage visitors to go see it and do a "Like" on it so we
can network them in.  Since the fb page is public, even
peeps who are not users can still at least see it.
