Hi Ron,

If we do end up at the same place, I agree that we could instead do everything in the conference rooms if they'll let us - first time through they wouldn't let us have food in there of our own but that may have changed.  If we can find a place to have it all together, or at least in the same hallway that would be great.

Maybe we can come up with a list of what we're looking for to help us find a better venue.
