OK ladies and gents, here is a rough accounting:

Income (all mixed till I get a final registration spreadsheet from Luke, 
some dues income mixed in):     $3183
Hotel expense:                  $  682.50
Beer and plaques:                       $  726.89
Scale:                  $    37.79
Pizza, H room food, chips, drinks, other supplies and all shirts:   
$1981.61

Balance (small loss):                   $   -245.79

So, we lost around $1k last time and this time less than $300....all is 
well in VF land...will have about $3k in the account when the dust 
settles.   We could do this ten more times without any other income before 
we would be insolvent.   And we still have t-shirts we can sell.  Selling 
one to George Jones for $20 shipped this week....so if we can sell an 
additional 15 shirts we break even.  I am happy to buy a few.

Good idea AJ,

I don't have all the receipts yet (and if anyone else has receipts, let me 

know so we can settle up!), but am doing a rough accounting and will try 
to get the PayPal funds over to the bank account today.   Will send out a 
rough accounting.

Pizza, beer and food were about perfect.  Kudos on that!

Only a few cases of soda left and Ron took them off our hands (at cost).

So, no waste at all, really...and no complaints about too little of 
anything as well.   OK, maybe too much of that watery beer, but the Sierra 

Nevada was drained.   Ask me how I know.

Members: 

While it is still fresh in our minds, let's gather together the lessons 
learned from hosting this year's Vair Fair. What went right, what went 
wrong, what we can improve upon for the next time. 

I think that we did some things better this time and some things not as 
well.

We should also account for the amount of food and drinks we 
purchased/provided. I think that it was just about right as far as the 
pizza and hospitality room went. How much beer and soda did we have left? 

I will compile the imputs from all the members.
