[NoVa-Corvairs] Spark plugs wires

My pointer is pointing at lean? I looked in the book and the pointer needs to face the mark after rich.
Currently my 60 is hesitating when reving the engine up!
Change plugs, wires, put on nos new carbs, Darrin troubleshooted timing. Tested coil, ignition system and I could use some points.
I'm stuck.
