Hi Bryan,
 
We would have come to the Christmas party had I not been knee deep in clearing out the apartment and involved in the move.  I do like that location and was able to make it two years in a row.
 
For now, I won't commit myself to a board position, as I am still on one board and have this houjse to set up--so my hands are full with that.  However, I'll help out when and where I can.
 
I'll **try** to attend tomorrow's meeting.

Hi folks,

We have a meeting coming up this Saturday, I had a couple topics to bring up:

- Officers.  We're doing officer elections at the meeting, we still need a VP candidate.  Ron did a great job the last several years, but he is stepping down.  For us it's not a job with an every month requirement, it's mostly about lining up meetings and such.  If we want to be a club we need officers, so please consider volunteering.  The remaining candidates are Doug (newsletter), AJ (treasurer), and me (prez).

- December holiday party.  Attendance was a little thin this year and last, so I thought I'd ask about it now while the month is still fresh in our minds.  What would work better for you?  I realize that no single place/day/time works for everyone over the holidays, but maybe there's a solution that would be better for more people.  Feel free to reply back to the list or to me directly and let's talk about it a little at the meeting.
