Mike Dawson just recommended one in the current Corsa Communique. I tink it
was Trans X.

Presuming it is a PG, the main reason for many leaks is lack of use,
letting the seals dry up. I would either take out some fluid, or wait for
it to drop again, and this time fill it with an automatic transmission
sealer/conditioner. A good one will contain esters that will swell the
seals and clean up the discs.

Hi Bryan - I may have mentioned that my car is leaking transmission fluid.
So I have been topping it up and living with the gears slipping as I seem
to only drive it to and from Safeway once a week. I have now overfilled it
with transmission fluid and I'm sure if I let it sit, it will eventually
drain back to the normal level. I would like to fix the issue so I can
drive rather than store stuff on top of it in my garage. Can you give me
some guidance on what I need to do to repair it?

Hi folks,

The newsletter came out on the 7th, meeting is here this Saturday morning.
I don't have the shop clear for a big project as I had intended, but I have
a few items on the wagon we can do that are reasonable to knock out:

 - We found some LED bulbs for the taillights at Carlisle, I'd like to see
how they compare to the standards.
 - Wire the Pertronix correctly.
 - Custom air filter assembly, I don't quite have all the parts, but I'd
like to see if my idea will work.
 - Replace the horns.
 - Install some of the trim. I need to work out exactly how to get it on
the car since it's full length '61 trim.
 - The dome light shows a very small amount of power all the time, it would
be nice to track down where that's coming from, there's no bulb in there
now to avoid draining the battery.
