I have found it from time to time at local stores. But I have CRS and do
not recall where, possibly the closed Lane Auto Parts. Also some NAPAs
stock it. Keep your eyes open when shopping. Look for orange.
While researching this I found an interesting brochure.

I've never seen Knocker-Loose for sale. Interesting that CRC used Kroil
instead of PB, Liquid Wrench or WD-40 for comparison.
The cans I have had the stem out of the can part of the can and not part
of the nozzle. When the can falls, the stem breaks, then the nozzle
never fits again. You have to be creative to finish the can. Be careful
out there.
