Hey Bob,
I am trying to get there, but will depend on events in my house on Sat. morning. What time will you start? I may join a bit later in the morning.
I do have a full set of diff gaskets if needed.

If anyone who is going to help out at Richards on Saturday has a spare diff top cover gasket bring it along just in case.

The difference is about 10%. So it'll go from 3200 to 3500. Expect to lose an mpg or two.
BTW, given you're only seeing 3200 now, you almost certainly have a 3.27.
