I like that idea as well.   Too bad we cannot hold the Virginia Vair Fair in Frederick, MD....much closer to the Ranch.

My vote would be to tie it in with the Ranch's open house.  Usually, most Vair Fair's don't have a plan for Sunday, so this will give people the option to go there, which might be on some attendee's way home.  If the weather is good, a nice scenic drive up route 15, then 30.
