[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair Dates

I can think of two reasons:

1 - It's the Virginia Vair Fair.  Unless we're doing a riff on Lee marching into Maryland, which could be neat.

2 - More to the point, if we wanted to scout out a new location, we are really kind of late doing it.  Yes, there are hotels in Frederick.  However, somebody needs to drive to them, talk to them, and see if the event will work ok there, line up a contract, blah, blah.
