Hi folks,
Here are my notes from the meeting. Please add/correct as needed.

Vair Fair Planning Meeting 10:30 a.m. 14 November 2015
Meetings w/tentative dates:
Hotel in January, the 9th
February 6th meeting to finalize supplies/trophies/etc. Ocelot?
Vernon will need help assembling packets, April 30 or May 7

Hotel Leesburg Dates 13 - 15 May, caravan on Sunday to Corvair Ranch
Motto - riff on Rt. 66 (I-66?)
For each, need an organizer and staff hours:
- Registration [Vernon]
- Vendors (indoor and outdoor) [Greg]
- Car show [Greg]
- Awards/Dash plaques (use Daytona Trophy by March) [Bryan]
Plaques for first, oil filters prizes after first. Make up stickers for the oil filters
- Door prizes [Bob]
- T-shirts [Stan - need 60, we should discuss options/pricing]
- Hospitality room [Ron]
Beer, two small kegs - High Test (Sam Alpine Spring and Unleaded (Coors light) worked well see about getting high test from Ocelot instead
Food quantities were good in 2013: food and supplies from Costco was $386,
and pizza was 150.00 @10 pizza's (Ledo's) and the cake was $68.00.
- Valve cover races (need to borrow track) [Ask Tidewater, find the scale] [AJ]
- Other publicity (everybody) FB event. Need the web site up in Feb
- Web site [Bryan]
- Model car competition [Mark/Doug]
- Tour. [Ron]
- Maybe add a local alternate Sunday tour for those not going to the Ranch?
Special staff nametags? Maybe unique color shirts for our members.
Equipment/supply needs - Ron has a list
Deadlines:
- Get the hotel ASAP - need to finalize/make deposit [Ron/AJ]
- CORSA ad in by January
- Web site in February
- Order trophies end of March (at least 30 days ahead)
