[NoVa-Corvairs] I am looking for a decent late model corvair with a monual transmission

I am looking for a decent late model corvair for my son and I to work on/restore/update as a father son project.  I does not have to be pretty or running just a decent base car.  I understand that Jack recently worked a deal for one.  I don't know if he already has a home or plan for it already.  If not that one sounded like a good starting point.
