[NoVa-Corvairs] Oil pan change

I bought a Clarks ultimate oil pan. I was wondering if anyone knows the torque spec for the bolts. Also is it important to get a new oil pick up or can I use the original one. Keep in mind I don't have the ability to heat it up to bend it should that be needed. 

Also I was wondering what meetings are spoken for in Jan and Feb.
