Please come to the next two meetings and the Christmas party if you can.

The next two meetings are in Potomac and then Reston , and the X -mas party in Centerville.  All not to far for you and as you know we work on these cars so we will oil your rusty skills.

Some good experimental aircraft guys in the Corvair world.    I have a friend in my AACA Region -- Bruce Mazzie -- and has been involved for years and still is at 80..r

Thanks again and we will see you at the next event we are at.  Both of these Corvair groups are among the more active close to you.

Hello Lee,
     I am a new member of the Nova Corvairs and Central Va Corvair Club. I attended the Vair fair in Lexington last year(Alan White let us  borrow a Convertible for the road event) .I live in Ashburn ,Va  and have a 63 Convertible that my wife and I have been bringing back to life. I am the Club President of the Beech Aero Club (we are a type club for pilots and owners of the Beechcraft Musketeer series Aircraft  manufactured from 1963 to 1983 ) Last week I reserved a display location for the Beech Aero Club and was planning on  adding a couple Corvairs to be parked alongside the two airplanes and our tent. The event goes from 10-2pm and we were looking to get together at the Airport Diner@ 3pm for a group lunch. If anyone is interested in aviation we would be happy to discuss and answer any questions .Alan is also a pilot and Beech Aero Club member. I believe the event is to promote Aviation, Cars ,and motorcycles . I am really enjoying our Corvair, ( I haven't worked on a car in over 30 years and it has been a fun educational summer with the  new project). If anyone is interested in joining us please do. If you want to see a meet attended by Airplanes,Motorcycles, and Cars and trucks., you might consider this inaugural meet by the AOPA by the Frederick , Md. Airport. This coming October 22nd.

Easy to reach via 270 from the south and from 70 from the East and West.
