 Hi Frank,

If you scrolled down on my email, I had made a few notes on Rory's list but forgot to mention it. I caught the year on the starter. Did not turn the bell housing around to look at cam side. I saw the 65 convertible seat bottom and I think there were some matching EM Vert seat bottoms.

Very good pictures. That is a weighted pressure plate. 62 4 speed transmission? No, no drain plug, therefore 63 to 65.

Mark and I visited Corvair Jay earlier today. The stash was a lot smaller than I expected and it was mainly parts for early's. The majority of the parts are interior panels and seats for convertibles. There is a lot of trim pieces too. Most parts are labeled 1964. There is a convertible frame and complete parts for a power top including hydraulics.

This is what we saw in no particular order. Bear in mind that I may not have the names correctly stated. These items are a bulk purchase. I think he knows these items are not worth a lot of money.

There is also a few parts that Jay wants to sell that are not part of the bulk package.

Give me your thoughts, especially the Early owners. If I had to price the bulk items I would think $200.

Today i communicated with the guy, Jay, in Laurel, MD who has a lot of Corvair parts. Years ago he and his father worked on Corvairs. Now Jay and his son work on Italian and British cars.

I met him through the Burtonsville Car meet, which are held on Sunday's. He is interested in getting rid of his stash. I'm trying to arrange to meet him this weekend and it would be great if another club member can join me to see if what he has is worth a bulk purchase.

We can discuss on Saturday to come up with a plan.
