[NoVa-Corvairs] Saturday autocross

Yesterday, a woman came up to me in the fairax Home Depot parking lot and explained that her father was the engineer at the Texas state Proving Grounds in 1971 that did all the testing proving the Corvair safe. She said she and her mother send pictures of Corvair they find to each other as a memory of her father. I wish I would have been thinking more quickly and gotten her information and invited her to a meeting.  Bummed about the lack of foresight.
