[NoVa-Corvairs] 2020 Vair Fair

Central has taken a hint from Corsa NC, and now has a chapter in the 
Roanoke/Shenandoah Valley region. Or would that be a region of CVCC?  
AACA has regions, books have chapters.....:-P
