[NoVa-Corvairs] Electrical system for Mabel the ultravan

Happy new year, all! I'm in the process of configuring my electrical system
for Mabel. I just got a progressive Dynamics fuse panel and converter /
charger that handles breakers for Shore power as well as a fuse panel for
all the 12 volt accessories. I've learned a lot from my research but I
would love a little bit of assistance from someone who really knows their
stuff in the electrical Arena. Most of what I'm doing is adding new wires
and running them all to this panel and there are just some things I'm not
quite sure about and I would like to get more info before I start tackling
the job as this is obviously an important part of this vehicle!

A few of the items I need some advice on are... how to set up multiple
accessories on to a single circuit and figuring out out the setup for
that.  Also, the best placement and setup for batteries, shut off switch,
some things like that. I'm willing to pay someone for their time although
would like to keep that at a minimum as this white whale could literally
blow me out of the water!

I'm pretty excited about this part of the project as I have gutted most of
the way land the wiring will be all new stuff as opposed to figuring out a
bunch of craziness. Here's a picture of the panel, which is pretty cool.
