I just looked over this ad again, I'm not sure the car even has typical rust issues.  The doors have rust, but the floors look ok in the photos.  And the engine is pretty clean.  I suspect this car was stored for some time, it might be more structurally sound than it looks at first glance.  Granted it's a full resto, but finding a good shell isn't as easy as it used to be.  Price is down to $500.
