Frank DuVal's idead sounds great since you have the lights.<br>
<br>
Easy to make flat plexiglass lenses with almost any thickness. You can frost the plastic by sanding with oh. around 120 grit or so.<br>

Works. I used to have a bunch of glass lenses that are convex and about that size. And may even be able to find them! But if you can use a lower voltage and do Franks method it would work. Turn signals would be easy to put a small led behind the lense.

or substitute the 1157 for a single filiment 1156 (back up light) and run off of 12 volt if not too bright.<br>

I'd consider just putting lenses in and some frosted acrylic for headlight lenses, then use some low voltage landscape lights behind them. You just want 'accent' level lighting, not really 'car' lighting.<br>
