[PPCC] Mail list

CORSA switched the PPCC mail list over to a different software.  For the 
most part nothing will change from your end.  If you need to unsubscribe or 
re subscribe you will now do it from a web site with the password they sent 
you.  The URL for the web site will be in the header of all messages.  I'm 
still an administrator and can do it for you also.  It makes administration 
easier, but this doesn't take much to maintain.
