If your chapter newsletter was recently published, perhaps you could forward this message to all members with e-mail.  It's imperative that this info be disseminated immediately.  Thanks.


  I've been saying for some time now that CORSA members expecting to stay at the Adam's Mark hotel during the convention should book their rooms ASAP.  The committee just received a report on the "take rate," and the rooms are going even faster than we expected.  In fact, out of 350 available rooms (excludes suites), over 75% of them have been booked for Tuesday-Friday evenings.

  It all comes down to this: at this rate, the remaining available rooms for Tuesday-Friday evenings will be spoken for well before the end of April.  Everything connected to this convention seems to be moving at a very fast rate, including the hotel rooms!  So, if it's your intention to stay at the host hotel, this organizing-committee member is trying to let you good folks know that you need to contact the Adam's Mark immediately.  You can call the chain's toll-free line at 1-800-444-2326, or call the Adam's Mark- Buffalo directly at 716-845-5100.  Of course, there are other hotels in Buffalo, but none within walking distance of the host hotel.  With so many events being held at the Adam's Mark, it is the most convenient place to stay during the convention.  It's obvious to us that the availability of those conveniently-located rooms is quickly coming to an end.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
