[PPCC] PPCC list admin

A lot more messages then usual on the PPCC list, because of Herbs' passing.

It brings up another issue, with me moving in about 6 weeks, this list 
should have a new administrator.  It's not much work, but should be done by 
someone who looks at their email everyday.  You get and email about a post 
from someone who is not a member  with a link to website where you need to 
disposition the post (check the box to allow or the box to delete) it's 
usually a Viagra add so the decision is pretty easy.  Other than that it's 
subscribe and unsubscribe a few people each year also really easy n a menu 
driven web site.

Let me know and I'll have Bryan add you to the admin list and after you are 
comfortable, I'll have him remove me.
