[PPCC] Christmas party location PART 2

Hello fellow PPCC members:  John Koll reminded me that the NEW terminology for the location is called 'THE FALCON CLUB'.  Thank you John for checking on me.  

It is still the same location as what used to be known as the Officers' Club.  It is on the Air Force Academy grounds.  Sorry if there was a mix-up.
