[PPCC] bad gas?????

Hello all:  Since I am getting replies already I will give some more info although no one who replied has stated they bought gas at that station.  Not my car but yes, I found something that looks like a fur ball type material clogged the filter before the electric pump as well as was accumulated around the filter sock on the tank sender.  They said they got gas there and the car started running rough by the time they got to Pagosa Springs and didn't get back home but instead to the shop on a flat bed.

I was just trying to figure out if it was something in that gas station or if it had been floating around in the tank for some time.  Thanks for the replies.
