[PPCC] snow cancels test and tune this weekend

Hello fellow RMC and PPCC members:  The weather has forced a date change for the TRI-STATE TEST and TUNE at Eric Schakels home.  The date has been moved up to next Sunday April 26.  Hopefully the sun will be shining all week and melt the snow and dry up the ground around the Schakel residence.
