[PPCC] meeting time change thoughts

Hello fellow PPCC members:  I have gotten several replies about the like/dislikes of meeting at 0930hrs but would like to hear from more of you.  Please respond when you have a few minutes, I appreciate it.  

It has turned cold up here, hope everyone stays warm.
