Yes, a new and improved 2010 Tri-State T-Shirt Order Form is  available. 
And you say, "but why in mid-year?"   The  answer of course is Popular Demand 
!!!
 
Children sizes are now available in x-small 2-4, small  6-8, medium 10-12 
and large 14-16.
The price is $13.00
 
Adult 3XL and 4XL sizes are offered at $18.00.    ($13 + $5)
 
These beautiful  t-shirts are GILDAN Ultra Cotton  (100% Cotton PRE-SHRUNK)
    I have one of these GILDAN shirts from  ten years ago, they do not 
shrink.
 
The form below is the  same as the attached form. 
 
Forms are primarily for information, they can be used but they  are not 
necessary for ordering shirts (email works fine). 
 
Also, the Banquet will be held at the beautiful Holy Cross  Abbey and the 
meals are 1) Steak,  2) Chicken Cordon Bleu, and 3) Pasta  with Primavera 
Sauce. Choices can be made when ordering  shirts.
