Hello PPCC and RMC folks, 

Larry Yoffee sent me a reminder for making hotel reservations in Chama, so I wanted to forward it on to everyone as soon as I saw it. 

Please note the last date you can personally speak to a hotel representative will be October 20th. After that, the hotel shuts down until May 1st, however you can still make reservations via email. 

Hotel contact info is noted below. I've already made my reservations, time for you to make your! :) See you all in Chama

I believe that I stated it in the newsletter article, but I would like to emphasize that it is important to make your reservations by October 20th in order to speak with them at the Branding Iron Motel. Following that date, they close up until May 1st , 2014. You can still make reservations by email after that date.
