The Rocky Mountain Car Club is sponsoring a Track Day out at High Plains. I just signed up to have the '64 Spyder out there all day (she will be done :) ), and the '60 for the half day session with Kelina driving.

Plus a reminder about this Sunday's OutRock Car Show! 


Rocky Mountain Car Club is putting on a few more world-class automotive events yet this year! We have our last of four OutRock Car Shows at the Outlets at Castle Rock this Sunday, our Garage Nights events at Rocky Mountain Customs and Classics on October 18th, and we are helping with the Emich VW/Chevy Track Day on November 9th.

OutRock Car Show and Concert . 

This Sunday, August 17th is the last of four monthly OutRock Car Shows at the Outlets at Castle Rock. We have been averaging 200 cars per show and around 10k spectators! Our presenting sponsor for the August OutRock car Show is Michael's Auto Body in Castle Rock! The show is FREE to register and you will get a FREE pancake breakfast if you arrive by 10am! The show runs from 10am to 4pm. Cars need to arrive between 9am and 10am. 

This show is being hosted by the Northern Colorado Mustang Club . They will be helping out with parking, voting, and registration. Thanks! Remember, ALL MAKES AND MODELS are welcome! 

Register now as spaces are filling up fast. We are limited to 200 cars in pre-registration! A portion of all the proceeds of the show go to the Morgan Adams Foundation.

Garage Nights at Rocky Mountain Customs and Classics 


Join us Saturday October 18, 2014 from 6pm to 9pm for our next Garage Nights event at Rocky Mountain Customs and Classics! This event is FREE and LIMITED to 100 people - you MUST register in advance in order to attend due to space limitations. 

Our host for this event, Rocky Mountain Customs and Classics, is one of Colorado's premier automotive restoration companies. They can take care of all of your restoration, customization, upholstery, paint, bodywork, and more! They also have two rotisserie stands to do full frame-off restorations. 

What is Garage Nights you ask? 

Garage Nights are fun automotive/motoring networking events with a twist! We get together and have a few beverages, some good food, some great conversation, and we learn the latest and greatest from experts in their field. 

Some examples: 

How to properly detail your car/motorcycle 
How to do basic maintenance items on your car/motorcycle 
Ideas to increase speed/handling on your car/motorcycle 
Latest accessories 
New vehicles coming out 
Demonstrations of tools/products/accessories 
Driving/racing tips 
How to sell or buy a car/motorcycle quickly, and without getting screwed 
We will do a couple "toys" nights each year (ATV, UTV, boats, etc.) 
...and so much more! 

We will have the official list of activities and speakers as we get closer to the event. Be sure to join us for the networking and fun with "no politics allowed".
