[PPCC] Minutes of February Car Council meeting

Hello PPCC Crew, 

As a member organization of the CCCC, I wanted to share the minutes of their last meeting (February 5th). 

I had the opportunity to attend this meeting and it was extremely informative, with lots of literature on upcoming events, which I'll share via emails and within the monthly newsletters. 

One item of particular interest would be the status of the yearly swap meet, in conjunction with the air show and car show at the Front Range Airport. Take a look at the attached for more details.
