[PPCC] Please Fix PPCC-List from garrie fox

Thanks for the heads-up, Garrie.  I'll take a look.  I haven't touched the PPCC list files or address folders in months, so not sure what may have changed. 

Hopefully folks are sending the notes to the ppcc-list at corvair.org , as opposed to the bounce email address that sometimes gets attached.  I've just checked the queue in the list and there is nothing there being held up. 

I'll send out a test email from my regular box right now and see if it hits you and the group right away, as expected.

There is a delay on PPCC-List msgs !! Please fix it so msgs go straight through to subscribers. 

Twice now, delays have slowed delivery to PPCC Members. Our turn out for Phyllis Neal's service was very poor due to the delay and now we are trying to get a good turn out  for the November meeting with possibly a Corvair for every year at John Koll's airplane hangar after the brunch.
