[PPCC] test for Bryan Blackwell on PPCC List

I see what's going on - there was a config change in response to new policies by the large ISPs (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) that didn't get done to your list.  Mail gets here and is processed but it's being bounced by the receiving end.  I'll fix it up for you and we'll test it out again.

BTW, the ppcc-list-bounces address is to catch bouncing mail, it's a standard part of the setup.  If you made the list the sender, any bounces would be sent to all the members.
