[PPCC] RMC Picnic Invitation - August 18th

I may have already passed the below info on to you all, but just in case I hadn't :) 

Cost will be $10 per person, paid in advance. To ensure you're able to participate in the lunch meal, please make sure that you mail your checks to Jerry (name and address listed below), as soon as you have your personal headcount.

2015 Dale Wilshire Memorial Picnic August 23 

Gene ral Notes for Event: 



Where: Wings over the Rockies Air & Space Museum 

7711 East Academy Boulevard 

Denver, CO 80230-6929 



Caterer: Jim 'N Nick's Bar B Q 

Final Guest Count due on: August 18, 2015 

Lunch will be served promptly at 11:30 am but access for members will be at 10:00 am. 



Lunch fee is $10.00 to the RMC and PPCC members and the difference to be paid by RMC club. 

Remember admittance is free to members. 



Dinner money must be paid in advance so we can notify the caterer of the final head count. Final cost will be dependent on total head count. 



Make checks out to Rocky Mountain Corsa and send check to: Jerry Gerteisen, 1356 Highland Park Dr., Broomfield, CO, 80020 



Note: The main doors will be opened to the public at 11:00 a.m. but access will be available for the members at 10:00 a.m. using the Northeast employee door. Cars can park together on the Northeast side (off of Spruce Street) or in the public lot on Academy Street. This will be decided at the next RMC club meeting.
