I would like to remind everyone that as PPCC members you may also submit
nominations for the 2016 Francis Boydston Award.  Please refer to the
information below and attached for nominating criteria.  I'll need your
inputs by Friday May 6th.

Eric & Ray,
As you know PPCC is hosting the annual Tri-State Meet this year in Montrose.

 
I would like to solicit your membership for nominees to receive the
"Boydston Award", to be presented at the awards dinner at this year's
Tri-State.
 
This is one of the most prestigious awards we, as a Tri-State group, offer
up to our membership.  The criteria is spelled out on the attached, but in
summary; 
 
Guidelines for consideration for the Francis Boydston Award shall, in no
particular priority, be:
 
1. Attend meetings and plan, coordinate or organize individual Tri-State
Chapter and/or Tri-State Meet activities or events
2. Share Corvair knowledge and expertise.
3. Encourage owners to preserve, maintain and share in the lore of the
Corvair.
 
If you have someone whom you'd like to nominate for this level of
recognition, please submit back to me (just reply to this email), a
1-paragraph write-up to support your recommendation, which could be read
during the presentation of the award, and we'll add it to the pool of
candidates up for consideration.
 
Please submit your nomination by Monday, May 2nd 2016.
