[PPCC] 2016 Tri-State Flyer - Make Those Hotel Reservations This Week!

Hello Everyone! 

On behalf of Chris Kimberly, our Tri-State organizer, I'm forwarding on to everyone a copy of the "official" 2016 Tri-State Flyer, which provides info on the host Hotel, phone number, and some additional info for planning purposes. Please feel free to forward the flyer on to anyone else you think needs to see it. It's already been posted to the PPCC Facebook page for that group of folks to see. 

The weekend we will be in Montrose is turning out to be a very popular one for a lot of other events (major car show, astronomy night at the Gunnison, etc.). Hotels will be filling up quickly, and we've got a pretty sweet deal with the one we've chosen as the host for our event. I am strongly encouraging anyone who plans to attend, and has not yet made their reservation, to do so in the coming week 


More information on the event, as well as registration, will be available by the end of next week (my deadline is Saturday, 2/13) by way of a Tri-State tab/page on the PPCC website, located at: http://www.corvair.org/chapters/chapter809 On that tab (after February 13th), you'll be able to view the event T-Shirt design, peruse through a list of area tours and attractions, and download a Pre-Registration / T-Shirt Order Form, which we'd like everyone to download, fill it out, and email (or snail mail) it back to our registration team. That will help us with the banquet, t-shirt, and car show planning. More to follow once the page is on line.
