I made it with Rays Rampside, I did not see the reminder until after 9:00 on Saturday so I hustled out the door. I did get to show the Rampside to a lot of people but did not see any other Corvairs at the show.

July 2 First Saturdays Car Show



Calling all car aficionados in Colorado! The third First Saturdays Car Show is this Saturday, July 2. The car shows run from May to October on the first Saturday of each month. Staging is from 7-8am and the show is from 8-10am. Our host for this month is the Southern Colorado Chevelle and El Camino car club.

There is no registration fee for cars to show and attendance is free as well! Last month we exceeded our limit of 300 cars so we have a listed few guidelines for entering the show below.  


Car Show Guidelines
Dealer and other promotional cars: We encourage these cards to arrive at or after the 8am set-up end time to defer parking in the main show area for privately owned car show entries.


All cars: To make parking/set-up as streamlined as possible, please park to the far right (north) area of the parking lot if your car was built after 1990. Cars older than 1990 are to park in the far west (towards Powers) and south sections of the parking lot. The host club area is marked and reserved for members of the Mile High Chevelle and El Camino club only.



Fooood!
We will have Whole Foods and Jersey Mike's Subs serving food and beverages at the event. Please bring cash for all food purchases. 

We are excited to see all of the amazing vehicles that have been coming to the past two car shows, as well as some exciting new entries!







Weather Forecast
Saturday's forecast says a high of 79 degrees with a chance of slight scattered rain showers, but Colorado weather patterns can change a lot between now and Saturday- so be prepared with an umbrella just in case!

Below is the schedule of host clubs for the remaining First & Main Town Center car shows:

July 2nd: Southern Colorado Chevelle & El Camino Club
August 6th: Jaguar of Southern Colorado

September 3rd: AMR Porsche

October 1st: Lotus Colorado

 









First Saturdays Car Shows are located at the first & Main Town Center in the Dick's Sporting Goods west parking lot. The center is located of off Powers Blvd. and South Carefree in Colorado Springs, CO 80922. For more information om the center please visit
