Sorry for the update in the same day.  There is a registration fee of $10
per car.

Subject: PPCC Rally and Poker Run Saturday June 25, 2016
 
What: "Gimmick Rally" sponsored by the PPCC. The Rally will cover a course
set up with 5 designated checkpoints and scattered with questions to be
answered along each leg of the run. At each checkpoint, teams will pick up
an envelope, which will have a playing card in it. Upon completion of the
rally, teams will open their 5 envelopes at the same time and display their
hand. Best poker hand will win a prize. The team that answers the most
questions correctly will also win a prize. Registration fee is $10 per car.

When: Saturday, June 25th, 9:00am registration, 10:00am start  

Where: Rally will start in Castle Rock at the King Soopers parking lot
(Milestone Shopping Center - 100 Founders Pkwy, Castle Rock, CO) ‎and will
end in Colorado Springs.  The route will cover approximately 80 miles of
paved roadway with beautiful views and vistas. Driving time should be about
2 - 2-1/2 hours max. There are no dirt or unpaved roads on this course.
 
Who: All PPCC and RMC members and other car clubs and friends are invited to
attend.  Driving a Corvair is not required, but is strongly encouraged.
Teams should consist of a Driver and a Navigator, and no technology is
allowed to be used (phone, GPS, etc.).  A failsafe envelope will be provided
for those directionally challenged.
 
I am looking for a couple of volunteers to assist.
