$500 parts car, imo. Drove back from Washington? If that was 1993, the last time it ran, then you've got 25 years worth of overhauling to do. 

Everyone seems to think they have a diamond in the rough these days, we can thank Mecum and Barrett Jackson for that kind of Fake News :)
