Nut/ bolt is 9/16" head.
I suggested to Jerry that sometimes an offset wrench used in distributor service is used. Others have no problem with normal wrench/socket.

Thanks, that’s kinda what I thought, just an offset wrench. I’ll let you know what size nuts they are when I receive the stuff I ordered from Clark’s and I can provide you the sacrificial box wrench to bend up. I just can’t do the bending. Jerry

Jerry, I don't remember needing a special tool to take the mount off. I'll have to see what size nut that is when I get back in the shop and I can bend a box end wrench to fit. Steve Goodman may know what size that is.

Hi there, my first post to the list, and it is a request to borrow a tool if someone has one. I'm replacing both of my front trans mounts on my 65 coupe and rather than spend $14 to buy this special wrench (C3772) from Clark's to use in changing the right side mount, was wondering if someone had one I could borrow. Getting to the top nuts I understand is not easy without this offset type wrench. I'm on the list, or you can reply to this email if you can help. Would appreciate it.I'm having fun getting into the restoration, finding lots of "previous owner" issues, such as bad rear engine mount and missing bolts here and there. Thanks,Jerry Peevyhouse
