[PPCC] Tri-State update

Hey all,

I was talking with our local contact at the Crested Butte Chamber of
Commerce, and I got the word that we won't be the only large group in
Crested Butte the weekend of June 9.  It's sounding like the hotels are
filling up.

So, if you are planning on attending this year and haven't made your room
reservations, please do ASAP!

Planning on entering a car in the car show? Please let us know by
registering on the RMC website.  We need to get a final car count to the
town management Monday the 21st.  We are also space limited to 75 cars.

Banquet (and car show reservations) close this Friday May 18 as we need to
give a head count for the caterers early next week.

I would strongly recommend registering on the website, but we will try to
accommodate walk-ins as best we can.
