[PPCC] PPCC By Law change proposal

 Hi Everyone,
Attached is the proposed by law change regarding the membership roster and
how it is distributed to the membership. As mentioned in the first reading
of the prosposal, the board felt the need for a change due to all the
social media communication and how we can protect the private information
of our members. Please review it. This is the considered the second reading
for the proposed change.  If you have any questions or comments, plwase
direct them to a borad member. A vote for approval will take place at the
Sept meeting.
