There are now planning meetings going on for the Havana Cruise on June 8th.  If anybody is interested, besides those already signed up with Rick Beets and RMC, let me know.  I can then let Dick from CCCC know.  The list of what is still needed is below along with all of the event info, shirts, VIP parties.

A few things I need by then:

    Your shirt order for your volunteers.  Number and sizes.

    Number of folks from your club who will attend the VIP party on Friday June 7th at the Mr Panda Super Buffet. 2852 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80014. 6PM.  We will have Shirts and Poker Run kits for all sites to distribute at this. Also some great door prizes.

1) Stampede/Kaiser 2500 S Havana St
    Site Manager - Dick Thompson and ???

    11:30 to 2:00 - Cobra Club (10)
    2:00 to 4:00  -  ??
    4:00 to 6:00  -  ??

    Volunteers needed per shift  Poker Run (2)  Flaggers (6)  Programs (2)

    Vendors so far:
        Stampede for food
        12 others - non food
        Ice Cream or Kona Ice

    NAPA Trailer for music.

    Military Vehicle Display (pending)
    Jet Fighter (pending)

    Mini Car Show inside of Stampede (confirmed)
    RC display inside of Stampede (pending)

2) Havana Machine 800 S Havana St
    Gary Canady and ??

    11:30 to 2:00  Pontiac (12)
    2:00 to 4:00  -  GTO (8)
    4:00 to 6:00  -  Classic Chevy

    Volunteers needed per shift  Poker Run (2)  Flaggers (4)  Programs (2)

    Vendors so far:
        SteveO for food
        6 others - non food

    Rusty the Rag Top Rocker for music.

3) Havana Exchange 2822 S Havana St
    Site Manager - John Jetchick and John Alfeld

    11:30 to 2:00 - T-Birds (10)
    2:00 to 4:00  -  MOPAR (9)
    4:00 to 6:00  -  Denver Roadsters ?

    Volunteers needed per shift  Poker Run (2)  Flaggers (6)  Programs (2)

    Vendors so far:
        2 Food (pending
        12 others - non food
        Ice Cream or Kona Ice

    Da Boogie Man for music.

    Police Fire Display (pending)
    Race Cars (pending)

    Shirt Sale by the T-Bird Club (confirmed)

    End of Poker Run at 5:30

    Logo Photo Shoot at 4:00 to 5:30

4) The Cadi Boys will cruise.  Save space for the three of them  12:00 to 2:00 at Havana Machine,  2:00 to 4:00 at the Stampede and 4:00 to 6:00 at the Havana Exchange.
