PPCC List - Air & Ground show & swap meet

Hello all,

Just a reminder that this Saturday, Aug 3, is the Rocky Mountain Air & Ground show & swap meet.  It is at 11705 Airport Way, Broomfield, south west of Hwy 36 and Wadsworth.  The show runs from 8 to 2 and is free.  There will be food and entertainment with some planes to look at.  There may be a few fly by’s, but no actual airshow.

If you want to have a “swap” area, that is $40 per space.   

SeeMore is going to get special parking on an aisle way.  They are not even going to let folks put their chairs up by it, since they think it is “very cool”.  If you go in with SeeMore, they will be reserving parking with it for our cars.  The gate will be open for SeeMore and accompanying vehicles/helpers at 5.  Other car show cars will be let in at 5:30.  If you want to put up a canopy, that is OK IF it is tied down to cars.  The official word is a 40lb bag, but they are saying tied down well to cars, so it can’t fly loose and hit other cars.

With the main person sidelined by a heart attack, they are needing help with parking show cars.  So, if you get SeeMore and your cars set up, they would really appreciate the help.

The person in charge of most everything this year is Samatha Baker.  She, and her crew, knows where SeeMore is suppose to go and can find somewhere for folks to help.
