PPCC List - Bugout cancellation

I'm definately late with this, but based on the cancellation of the 2020 Tri-State and Dave & Mary Ellen Feasel's thoughts, the Bugout is cancelled.  I've heard unifficially the stay at home order may be lifted toward the end of April, but for now let's wait to see if we can come up with a later date for some kind of group event.
