Good Morning!
I just received this note from Wayne Russert who was coordinating the Model
A/ Corvair Fathers Day Show in Palmer Lake. Unfortunately, the Palmer Lake
Historical Society has decided to cancel the Fathers Day event. More
details below.

PS. As of now, the Cripple Creek show is still happening. I’m waiting to
hear from the Double Eagle about any discount on rooms if we drive up on
Friday, July 24 for the show on the 25th.

Hello Friends

I really hate having to tell you all that yet another event has become a
victim of the virus, but this morning the Palmer Lake Historical Society
reluctantly decided to cancel the Father's Day event for 2020.

We simply cannot meet all of the regulations and requirements in place to
hold the event safely with our small group of volunteers.

I guess the best we can hope for is that in 2021 this will just be a
footnote in history.

PS: Medical experts have determined that the virus cannot run faster than
20 MPH and doesn't like fresh air, so hop in your cars, roll the windows
