Thanks to all (Mary Ellen Feasel, Steve Goodman, John Green, Chris Kimberly, Jerry Peevyhouse, and Ken Schifftner).
Steve Goodman is correct!
  Corsa membership is not only important to the clubs and hobby, taking advantage of the published knowledge base available through the CORSA website and Tech Tips saves us money wasted by errant procedures on our Corvairs! 
I know former members who left PPCC when the CORSA membership requirement was dropped.. 
I see too much incorrect info conveyed on Various Facebook and Forum pages....
