PPCC List - Dave's progress....

Thank you for the many well wishes for Dave. We really appreciate it.

This morning Dave had his post-op clinic appt. A dressing change was done.
The medical staff were pleased with his progress. Although the wound is
much better, there is still some spots that haven't come around yet, but
the staff is hoping one more week with the vac device will improve the
wound overall. A home nurse will do another dressing change on Thursday,
and on Monday we are back to the burn clinic for another inspection and
dressing change. Based on what the staff saw today, they are anticipating
they will be scheduling the skin graft surgery at that time.
Dave is doing his best to be upbeat, but can't wait for some significant
relief from the pain.
