PPCC List - August PPCC meeting

Hi folks,

I was talking to Jerry today and I'm reminded that on the 21st of August I'll be driving home from delivering my grandsons possessions to Silver City, NM.  It is unlikely I;ll be able to be at the meeting in person, and maybe not even via phone.

This meeting is planned to be a hybrid (zoom or in person) from Valley Hi Golf course.  I have set these up so participants can join at any time so I thenk even though I'm not on line those who are can still join.

Jerry has agreed to MC the meeting.

Two quick things, in the past Mary Ellen in her secretary regalia has set up the Christmas/holiday meal.  I think RMC has set theirs up.  I'd be in favor of the same place as last year but we need for someone to set that up.  Anybody want to volunteer to do that?  Do we want to have a gathering at all?

The other item that this relates to is that we still need  a secretary, and we're creeping up on the season where we'd have an election so the term of the 2022 secretary might be short, or the term of the 2023 secretary might be long.

Any other topics for the meeting, let Jerry, John or I know.
