PPCC List - I forgot a couple of items in my email this morning

I apologize for the extra email.  I was trying to multitask when I sent that.

In advance of the meeting there are a couple of items the board would like the membership to consider:  {Multitasking again I'm afraid...}

- We need to pick a spot for the 2023 Tri-State and be prepared to announce the location by the Tri-State in May (RMC).  If you have suggestions please give them to the board during the meeting Saturday or email one of us.
- We entertained the possibility of having meetings at other times or locations than at the golf course for instances when we are not somewhere else already.  Some thoughts are whether different days or times would be preferable and if we should consider food/no food/bring snacks.  Locations maybe between Monument and the current meeting location.  We'd like to boost attendance if at all possible, assuming we're not locked down again.
